An entry of 2499 sheep in Ballymena on Wednesday resulted in a steady trade. Fat lambs sold to 645p for 17 Texels 21Kg at £135.50 for J Gray, Doagh. Store lambs to 691p for 25 Texels 18Kg at £124.50 also from James Gray and a top per head of £194 for a texel 32Kg from David McIlwaine, Glenwherry. Fat ewes sold to £296.
