Just over 220 weanling hiefers on offer today in Kilfenora and these met a great trade with an overall average of €6.16/kg as the average weight was 276kgs. Again like the bull sale it was mostly Charolais and Limousin stock on offer. The quality of heifers on offer attracted customers from all over the country.
