- Bullocks €4.74/kg* mean of bands
- Heifers €4.16/kg* mean of bands
- Cull cows €3.02/kg* mean of bands
Bigger than expected sale with over 400 on offer, which included 120 calves. Again mostly AAX & HEX calves on offer. HEX bulls made to €680 and HEX heifers hit €600. AAX bulls made to €600 and AAX heifers made to €360. A small entry of continental calves made to €700 for a BBX bull calf, with BBX heifer calves making to €520. It was mostly dairy cull cows available and these improved by about 10c/kg. Heifers also improved by 10c/kg on the week. It was mostly young stock available in the heifer ring, with more of a mix on offer in the bullock ring
