An entry of 105 cull cows at Markethill on Tuesday 24th February maintained a very firm trade. Good quality beef bred cows sold from £280 to £318 for 730k at £2320 from an Armagh farmer followed by £756k at £2340 £310 from a Tassagh farmer. Dairy bred cows sold up to £268 for 710k at £1900 from a Richhill farmer. The same owner received £266 for 896k at £2380.
