The 65 cull cows at Markethill on Tuesday 9th June sold in a steady demand. Good quality beef bred cows sold to £314 for 548k at £1720 from a Poyntzpass farmer. An Armagh farmer received 642k at £1890 £294.00. Main demand for from £250 to £287 per 100 kilos. Dairy bred cows sold to £249 for 678k at £1690 from a Katesbridge farmer followed by £236 for 768k at £1810 from a Banbridge farmer.
