Cull cow trade remained firm at Markethill on Tuesday 23rd June. Good quality beef bred cows sold steadily from £270 to a top of £321 for 586k at £1880 from a Crossmaglen producer. A Kilkeel producer received £304 for 592k at £1800 and a Cullyhanna farmer received £304 for 760k at £2310. Top price cow £2490 for 828k whitehead at £301 from a Cullyhanna farmer.
