The 75 cull cows at Markethill on Tuesday 1st September returned a steady demand. Good quality beef bred cows sold from £250 to £302 for 690k at £2100 from a Richhill farmer followed by £273 for 784k at £2140 from a Kilkeel farmer. Dairy bred cows sold to £255 for 746k at £1900 from a Waringstown farmer followed by £243 for 748k at £1820 from a Banbridge producer.
