Strong Trade at Saturday’s Special Weanling Show & Sale. Our special weanling show and sale on Saturday saw a large entry of top-quality weanling bulls and heifers, along with a strong entry of runners and top-end in-calf suckler heifers. There was excellent demand throughout the sale, with weanling heifers topping at an impressive €5,350, while many more lots comfortably passed the €2,000 mark. Weanling bulls were also in strong demand, with prices reaching €7 per kg.
