- Weanling heifers €6.32/kg* mean of bands
Fine entry of stock again today with 832 on offer. Again trade very strong across the board as there was some very good quality suckling stock available today. There was 40 lots of suckler cows on offer as in-calf lots made to €4,580 and pairs made to €4,950. Bull weanlings up to 400kgs were dearer by 5c/kg as bulls over 400kgs were back 5c/kg but some serious stock on offer once again. Heifers over 350kgs were dearer by 5c/kg, with heifers under this weight a similar trade to last week.
