Smaller sale today with just over 400 on offer. In the cull cow ring about 40% were dairy types this week. In the heifer ring it was mostly store types available as forward heifers were scarce. No great change in heifers prices but heavy beef type cows were up 10c/kg. No change in prices for store type cows. There was 15 aged bulls available and these averaged €3.75/kg as a Limousin bull weighing 1,080kgs made €4,380 & 4 Friesian bulls weighing 561kgs made €2,130.
