- Bullocks €4.70/kg* mean of bands
- Heifers €4.72/kg* mean of bands
- Cull cows €3.72/kg* mean of bands
Good size sale today with just short of 700 on offer. Bullocks over 500kgs were dearer by 5c/kg and under this weight was a similar trade to last week. Cull cows were a shade easier and back 5-10c/kg with the exception being the real good quality lots. Heifers over 500kgs were dearer by 10c/kg as there was some excellent heifers on offer. Some good aged bulls available and these averaged €4.09 as an 800kg LM bull made €4,000 and a CH bull weighing 760kgs made €2,960.
