- Bullocks €4.43/kg* mean of bands
- Heifers €4.37/kg* mean of bands
- Cull cows €3.76/kg* mean of bands
Good entry of stock with 700 available and some cattle didn’t come because of road blockages. All buyers were in attendance as normal. Trade for bullocks over 600kgs was a shade sharper this week, otherwise it was a similar trade to last week for the rest of the bullocks. Likewise in the cull cows over 700kgs was a shade dearer this week, but there was some very good quality cows available. In the heifer ring, heifers over 600kgs were a bit dearer on the week but no change for anything under this weight.
