- Weanling bulls €5.29/kg* mean of bands
- Weanling heifers €5.20/kg* mean of bands
Bigger than expected sale today with just short of 600 on offer which included 130 calves. Again these holding the trade very well for the stronger calves but not as many farmers about. More FR bulls calves available today and these made €200 to €340, AAX bulls made to €600 with AAX heifers making to €490. HEX bulls made to €560 and heifers to €460. continental bulls made to €680 with heifers making to €900. In the bull weanling ring quite a number of autumn born bulls on offer and these easier by 10c/kg. A similar story in the heifer ring.
