- Weanling bulls €5.66/kg* mean of bands
- Weanling heifers €5.58/kg* mean of bands
Smaller sale today with 450 on offer. Calf numbers starting to tail off with just 55 on offer. It was mostly shippers active in this ring, with HEX bull calves making €320 to €700 and HEX heifers making from €280 to €420. AAX bull calves made from €320 to €520 and AAX heifers made from €280 to €480. A handful of reared FR bulls made from €380 to €600. Continental calves made to €860 for a LMX bull calf. Bull weanlings back by 5c/kg on the week, with weanling heifers up 10c/kg on the week. Some lovely quality sucklers on offer and these made to €4,620 for pairs and to €2,700 for in-calf lots.
