- Heifers €4.37/kg* mean of bands
- Cull cows €3.62/kg* mean of bands
Big Sale today with 718 on offer. A lot of forward and aged cattle available in the bullock ring but not much finished beef. Some excellent cull cows again today and 30 aged bulls on offer and these averaged 3.43/kg with a CH bull of 1,215kg hitting €4,500 and an AA of 810kgs hit €3,260. A lot of vasectomised bulls on offer. Bullocks up to 600kgs similar but slightly easier over 600kgs. Cull cows marginally easier also. Heifers up to 500kgs dearer but over this weight easier by 10c/kg.
