165 BUYERS AT KILMALLOCK MART. 1050 Cattle were sold at Kilmallock Mart on Monday last. Demand remains very strong with 165 buyers doing business. Bullocks made up to €2800 a head or €5.62 per kg for lots less than 550kgs. Heavier Bullocks sold for up to €3700 each or €4.47 per kg. FR Bullocks made up to €4.45 per kg. Dry cows hit €2980 each or €3.83 per kg. Heifers sold for up to €2850 each or €5.06 per kg. Dairy stock made up to €2680. Heavy bulls hit €3760 each or €4.24 per kg. Strong calves made up to €1200 and young calves hit €790.
