BIG BULLOCK SALE AT KILMALLOCK MART. Close on 600 cattle sold at Kilmallock Mart on Monday Last. Recent rain has given buyers more confidence. A large turn out of Bullocks sold for up to €2000 or €4.06 per kg for lots 550 kgs or less. Heavier bullocks made up to €2680 a head or €3.82 per kg. Dry cows hit €2300 each or €3.33 per kg. Lighter heifers made up to €1740 each or €3.93 per kg. Heavy heifers sold for up to €2200 a head or €3.64 per kg. Heavy bulls sold for up to €3000 each or €3.83 per kg. Runners sold for up to €830 each. Young calves made up to €530 each.
