- Heifers €4.43/kg* mean of bands
- Cull cows €3.19/kg* mean of bands
Big entry of culls cows today with 137 on offer with most of these being dairy types. While trade for these was a bit easier, it didn’t reflect the reported cuts in factory prices. Trade was back 8-10c/kg liveweight. Bullock numbers were smaller today but heifer numbers held. Heifer trade was back about 10c/kg on the week, with a similar story in the bullock ring.
