An entry of 1480 sheep in Markethill on Monday 13th April maintained a very firm trade for all classes. Good quality midweight hoggets sold readily from 690-767p/k for 21k at £161, followed by 730p/k for 20k at £146. Heavy hoggets sold readily from 680-738p/k for 24k at £177, followed by 719p/k for 26k at £187. Overweight hoggets sold from £188 to £200 each.
