- Weanling bulls €6.63/kg* mean of bands
- Weanling heifers €6.21/kg* mean of bands
Fine size sale todays with 693 on offer. Overall trade holding exceptionally well. Bulls up to 400kgs were similar to last week, with bulls 400-500kgs back marginally. Heifers back about 5c/kg on average. It was predominantly farmer buyers today with some export activity in the bull ring. Suckling stock met a super trade and pairs made to €4,960 and in-calf lots made to €3,900. Calves up to 3 months old made to €950. A lot more runners appearing and these are a fine trade for both bulls & heifers.
