BULLOCKS EXCEED €6 PER KG AT KILMALLOCK MART. 1250 cattle were sold at Kilmallock Mart this week. Prices continue to increase with new highs achieved. Bullocks sold for up to €2700 or €6.02 per kg for lots less than 550kgs. Heavier bullocks made up to €3530 each or €4.42 per kg. Some FR Bullocks made over €4.00 per kg. Dry cows made up to €3570 each or €4.24 per kg. Heifers solf for up to €2780 a head or €4.68 per kg. Heavy Bulls hit €3540 each or €4.68 per kg. Runners sold for up to €1260 each and young calves hit €780. Or Tuesday last weanling bulls made up to €1720 a head or €7.20 per kg.
