LIVELY TRADE AT KILMALLOCK. 1150 Cattle and calves were sold at Kilmallock Mart this week. On Monday; Bullocks less than 550 kgs made up to €2030 each or €4.68 per kg. Heavier bullocks made up to €2390 a head or €3.46 per kg. Dry cows sold for up to €2010 each or €3.29 per kg. Heifers made up to €1820 each or €4.96 per kg. Dairy stock made up to €2240 a head with breeding heifers hitting €1370. Calves this week hit €880 each. The final evening calf sale of the season is on Wednesday 27 th of May. The last sale in Dromcollogher is on Thursday 28 th May.
