BULLOCKS HIT €2520 AT KILMALLOCK MART. 500 cattle were on offer at Kilmallock Mart on Monday last. Bullocks less than 550kgs sold for up to €1900 each or €3.78 per kg. Heavier Bullocks made up to €2520 a head or €3.79. Dry cows sold for up to €2140 each or €3.14 per kg. Light heifers made up to €1590 each ir €3.83 per kg. Heavy heifers hit €2190 a head or €3.46 per kg. 6 freshly calved dairy stock sold for up to €2500 each. Heavy bulls made up to €2700 each or €3.30 per kg. Runners sold for up to €945 each with young calves hitting €635.
