An entry of 1400 sheep at Markethill on Monday 9th February 2026 returned a steady trade for hoggets and cull ewe trade was very firm. Good quality heavy hoggets sold from 570-608p/k for 24k at £146 for an Armagh farmer, followed by 604p/k for 24k at £145 for a Newtownbutler producer.
